Breakfast Baked Apples

Serves 4


  • 4 medium apples (use McIntosh,rome, not red delicious)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp blue agave syrup
  • 1 oz chopped walnuts
  • 1 oz raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried Orange peel


1, Preheat oven to 350f

2, Core the apple and put them in a 8x8 inch glass baking pan. Pour the water into the bottom of the pan.

3, Combine syrup, walnuts, raisins,cinnamon, and orange peel. Spoon the mixture into the holes in the apples.

4, Bake until the apples are soft

Let cool and eat


Delish deviled eggs

Serves 6


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 large onion,grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • Dash red pepper flakes
  • Dash salt, Olive oil, as needed paprika(for garnish)


1, Place eggs in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 10 min. Run cold water over the eggs and peel.

2, Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, scoop 5 yolks into a small bowl; discard the remaining yolk. Mash yolks together with onion, lemon juice, and spices. If mixture is too dry, add olive oil 1 drip at a time until the mixture is creamy. 

3, Stuff the mixture back into the hollows in the eggs.

4, Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle eggs with paprika before serving.
